Gold Coast (Ghana Under British Rule)





The none-too imaginative British had the same badge for all their minor West African possessions: Identical flags were granted to Gambia and Sierra Leone, differing only by having the initials "G." and "S.L.", instead of "G.C."

Presidents Flag




Blue with two eagles holding a disc looking like a shooting target with teuton cross in the middle and a black star above. Over the emblem it is written 'PRESIDENT' and under it in two rows 'OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA'.
