How do I search for
a specific product? |
|
|
A search facility is located at the top
of each page within the shop. Simply enter details relating to
the; title, artist or song that you wish to search for and click
'Go'.
|

Can I view additional
information about each product? |
|
|
Yes, by clicking on the product
image or selecting the 'more details' button you will be able to
access additional information relating to your chosen product.
|

How do I select a
product to buy? |
|
|
Once you have selected a product that you wish to purchase simply
click the 'add to basket' button. This will then add your selected
product to a virtual shopping basket.
You can then continue shopping for other products or proceed to
buy. Please note the number of items within your virtual shopping
basket will be displayed at the top of the page at all times.
If you wish to remove a product from your shopping basket simply
click the 'X' symbol located next to the chosen product within
your shopping basket followed by the update basket.

How do I purchase selected products?

To purchase selected products
located within your shopping basket you must select the 'check out'
button displayed at the top of the screen.
If you are a new user you will need to register with Ghana.co.uk's
online shopping service, however if you are an existing user you
will need to login to your account in order to complete your order. |

What Delivery options
do you offer? |
|
|
We offer three delivery options based upon
location. Options include: UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
You will be prompted to select the option relevant to your chosen
delivery address.
Please
note: By default your registered account address will be displayed
as your chosen delivery address, you can amend these details if
you wish to use an alternative delivery address.

Is it secure for me to pay online?

Our secure socket layer software (SSL) is the industry standard
and among the best software available today for secure commerce
transactions. It encrypts ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION including
your credit card number, name and address. This encryption ensures
that nothing can be read as it travels over the Internet. Most banks
or credit card providers either cover all charges resulting from
unauthorized use of your credit or limit your liability to 50 U.K.
Pounds. Check your credit card agreement to check your coverage
for liability. |

Can I pay offline? |

Yes, we also accept Cheque & Credit Card payments by fax
or post. If you would prefer paying for items in this way please

What should I do if I forget my account
password? |

If you have forgotten your password please
click here you will be prompted to enter your account username.
Upon submission a copy of your account password will be forwarded
to the email account given when registering. |
